Elderflower Spritz
A toast-worthy tasty long drink made for any occasion.
INGREDIENTS
40ml Tanqueray 0.0%
15ml Elderflower cordial
Top with Fever-Tree White Grape & Apricot Soda
Ice – lots of it!
GARNISH
Fresh mint sprig to garnish
METHOD
Add 40ml Tanqueray 0.0% to a wine glass with 15ml Elderflower cordial. Fill your wine glass with ice before topping your cocktail with deliciously balanced Fever-Tree White Grape & Apricot Soda. Give it a gentle stir and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
TIP: The more ice in your Spritz, the longer your drink will stay chilled. The less ice, the quicker it will dilute. So, make sure you’ve got plenty in there!

Lemon Sour
When life gives you lemons, make Lemon Sour cocktails for everyone.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Gordon's 0.0% Gin
30ml Fresh lemon juice
1 x egg white or 20ml aquafaba
15ml simple syrup
GARNISH
Lemon twist to garnish
METHOD
Add 50ml Tanqueray 0.0% to your shaker, along with 30ml fresh lemon juice and 15ml simple syrup. Add 1 x egg white or 20ml aquafaba, then close your shaker and gently shake to activate the texture. Open the shaker, add plenty of ice, and give it a hard shake. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a lemon twist.
TIP: Use a potato peeler to peel a long thin strip off your lemon. Roll this lemon twist over the cocktail and watch as the lemon oils from the peel fly over the cocktail.

Garden Highball
A delicious cocktail encompassing all the refreshing flavour of the British countryside.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Tanqueray 0.0%
50ml Cloudy apple juice
25ml Elderflower cordial
10ml Lemon Juice
Soda Water
GARNISH
1 x cucumber
METHOD
Chop your cucumber into a few long and thin discs. Add 50ml Tanqueray 0.0% to a shaker with 50ml cloudy apple juice, 20ml Elderflower cordial and 10ml lemon juice. Pop a couple of cucumber discs in there, too, for added freshness. Add ice to the shaker and give it a good old shake before straining into a highball glass full of ice. Garnish with a fresh cucumber disc and mint sprig. Top the glass with a splash of Soda for some effervescence.
