Created in 1894 by a bartender at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City, the Rob Roy is a mix of Scotch whisky and vermouth that delivers a burst of sweet, earthy and spicy flavours.

1 x Martini glass
1 x Bar spoon
1 x Jigger
1 x Ice
1 x Strainer
1 x Stirrer
Method
Ice
Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
Pour
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Single Malt Whisky and 25ml sweet vermouth into the glass.
Mix
Stir the mixture using a bar spoon.
Using a strainer, strain into a martini glass.
Garnish
Place one cherry on top of the drink to garnish.
